This was the most amazing food! The service was amazing, the staff was so sweet. They were so thankful and gave us some extra food to try! My first time at this location and I won't go back. Service was terrible and broth in Pho had zero flavor. Ordered hot tea and only received half a cup. She mention she needed to make more hot water and would be back. Then we asked for cold cup of water twice. She never bought it. When we received our Pho she just dropped the bowls and walked away. I went to the counter and asked for a spoon and the very nice gentleman showed me they have buffet style all the toppings for pho, silverware and water. I'm not sure why the girl waiting on us didn't say anything. I've been to Geneva location was hoping this was just as good. Great broth, and worthy of five stars due to their fair pricing and quick, warm service. They recently had a new chef employed. However, I’d recommend against getting their spring rolls. The meat is too gamey and smells terrible(akin to frozen deli meat scent). Stick to their pho, come during lunch hours and you will not be disappointed.
