So excited for Vietnamese cuisine in Benicia! We tried the fresh shrimp spring rolls, which were huge and tasty! Peanut sauce was yummy as well. Then we had the BBQ pork banh mi, which was also tasty. If I had one recommendation, it would be that they should source their bread from One House Bakery. That would be incredible! Looking forward to trying the rice plates, vermicelli bowls, and pho! Such a cute little place.

This was my first time at Pho Vy and their Bahn mi's were delicious! The bread was warm, and crispy, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. They also served vanilla ice cream on the house. Honestly, the food was exactly perfect! I had a bad experience from another Pho place that made me cringe for a solid month until I ate here. Absolutely amazing! I thought Pho was off the menu entirely but wow!
