Vietnamese cuisine is served at this restaurant. Many people visit Pho Vinh to taste good tofu, broth and sandwiches. Try tasty pancakes. Get your meal started with delicious taro bubble tea, vietnamese coffee or ice tea. At this place, you can get a takeout. The positive aspect of this spot is that the staff is creative. Nice service is something visitors like here. A lot of reviewers mention that prices are fair for what you receive. The homey decor and spectacular atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. We stopped in for lunch. We ordered banh mi, pho, and egg rolls. Oh and a mango smoothie. I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Clean. Nice server. Order was quick and fresh. Good place to eat. Only problem was that one of the servers did not ask for any sort of drink refills (it was water and we were the only customers in there) and did not check on our table. But overall very good place to stop by. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Fried Vegetarian and Tofu Spring Rolls

Standard pho shop with average ambience, service that struggles despite during peak periods but excellent pho, baos, rolls and rice plates. (The banh mi was the only item that did not shine but was perfectly adequate.) Definitely will be coming back for the pho and the pork shop rice plate. We ordered pho and grilled pork rolls. Everything was very fresh and had a decent amount of meat and the service was good as well. It was our 1st time there and we will definitely go back on those cold days. The only thing I was surprised, they charge for extra lime which we didn’t need but hubby and I were surprised to see that on the menu. This place has the best Pho I’ve had so far. Better than What the Pho and Pho Lucky. They actually give you big slices of beef. And tendon! Tendon is kind of jelly like texture and it’s literally collagen and so yummy. Other places don’t have that. Pic provided of the tendon. First time here. I had an egg noodle vegetarian curry. It was great 👍 I especially love the fried tofu. The portion is just enough, which is good 😊 Vegetarian friendly. 3 stars for pho/vermicelli and banh mi, 4 stars for jack fruit smoothie. I wouldn't say much about the pho because there wasn't anything special. The broth wasn't bad but it tastes like any other average pho place soup. They didn't have much/or almost no cilantro so I assume you'd have to ask if you want that flavor in your soup. Jack friut smoothie was surprisingly good - would definitely get it next time as well. The atmosphere, cleanliness, staff friendliness were all pretty good. Wish they put a bit more extra effort in the food to become a pho place known for their taste. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My fellow foodies, who are looking for traditional and creative Vietnamese cuisines with solid flavors, you MUST try Phở Vinh! This is the place to visit if you're craving hot bowls of phở or bún bò huế (traditional noodle soups) or a warm bánh mì (sandwiches made with small, airy French baguettes, various meats of your choice, and lightly pickled/fresh veggies). The special and grilled pork bành mì were both excellent, and the waitress's suggestion of adding the house-made mayo to the grilled pork bành mì was spot on! While a bánh mì costs a little more here, the owner bakes the baguettes fresh daily and she doesn't skimp on the meat, which is always perfectly marinated. They have various types of bánh bao (steamed buns with sweet or savory fillings), and the custard bao has a nice sweetness as a small dessert. I've tried their new bao wrap/sandwich with bánh mì filling (that they adorably call a bao taco), and the owner hit that creation out of the park, too! As for the phở and bún bò huế - hands down, both were the most flavorful of all the MI restaurants I've tried so far, and Phở Vinh's were better than many SoCal phở restaurants'. Again, if you're a foodie and you're willing to spend a couple dollars more per bowl for excellent flavor, than this is the place I'd recommend!
This was the second time we visited. The food is really amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pork and egg rolls over noodles is great. The pork in that is the star of the show. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a really good experience here both times. Looking forward to the next visit. I ordered the P3- Pho with steak, flanks and meatballs. This was about $15. The portion sizes were good and the flavor was good. Overall it was above average. The decor was about average or slightly above average for a Vietnamese joint. The service was stand out - it was extremely quick friendly and respectful. This might be the best Pho in the Farmington area. I'll be back to try their Banh Mi soon. 🔥🇻🇳🍜
