I used to come to this restaurant almost weekly for a while. I recently wanted to order takeout and the staff was very rude when I called and asked if they could make some substitutions on a dish. I ended up asking for another dish but then the staff and owner very rudely told me "we don't do that" I am busy right now, you can call later." and hung up on me. I was shocked to hear this side of the owners. Its like they didnt have time to take order. I tried to call again but they did not pick up. They have lost a loyal customer. I will make sure my family and friends go to other pho placed in town that respect customers.

The food was very good and priced well. The portions were large even though we had the small bowls. It was full during lunch. They are doing a business. The place was very understaffed and the decor is very basic. It is well worth the trip if you like Vietnamese food. The food was ok. I think most people in the area is ok for them as they not use to good Vietnamese food. I definitely had much better. They can definitely improve. Spring roll had only lettuce and a little meat. No cilantro or mint. I can tell the noodle in the pho had been sitting a while as it crumbled together and hard. Also the bathroom was dirty. I like to support local restaurants but sometimes it hard.
