Had an amazing meal, Vermicelli bowl with beef and egg rolls(D11). I have eaten at many Pho style Vietnamese restaurants and Pho Royal is one of the top for flavor and service, period! The pho is the best I've ever had period because it has a massive beef rib in it. The meat on it was genuinely flavorful. And it easily fell of the bone and you can feel how it was braised for a long time. All ingredients were fresh and colorful. The peanut sauce for the shrimp spring rolls wasn't too sweet at all. Best peanut sauce so far too. They have good coconut juice with fresh baby coconut in it. The staff was very cool and friendly. Definitely coming back with my girlfriend. Thank you. This has to be one of the best Pho places I have ever eaten I can't even begin to explain how good the egg rolls are. We ended up getting the order to take home but ate them while we were still there. I just can't recommend this place enough It is so so very good. I thought about the review after I started eating and I took a picture after I started eating but I got the shrimp noodles/soup all the soup start with C And my husband got the house special C which was all beef and it was excellent. But here's the picture that I took after I started eating and I can kick myself for not having photos of everything for you folks. I absolutely love pho, one of my favorite foods! As soon as I walked in, immediately greeted! I got a small vegetarian pho with beef broth. I only waited for a few minutes (give or take 5 minutes) and my food was already on the table along with a plate of bean sprouts and a lemon slice. The broth was so clean and refreshing. Definitely a great meal on a cold day! I would definitely recommend coming here again and for anyone to try it!!
