Food was excellent but it was a seat your self time. And when we sat down the barmaid and a waitress watched us but did not talk to us. 3 more couples came in and they were served drinks and orders taken right away. I had to go to the bar and ask if there was a reason we were being ignored. They then got to us right away. I understand you may lose an order or forget a drink but a customer. Honestly I have no hard feelings and I will be back for more great southern cooking. But each customer should ALWAYS be treated as your priority and best customer. Now the cheesy grits and shrimp were awesome and the Etouffee is delicious but the gator bites were great!! My wife is born and raised a Louisiana girl and she fully approves of Phattys!! I travel to Billings twice a year for work and (Cajun) Phatty's has become a must-stop everytime. As a relocated southern boy, I can tell you it's hard to find food like this far north. If these grits don't remind you of your momma's cooking, then I don't know what will. Glad to see they have upgraded from their previous location.
