Food was good, service was terrible. I’ve never had worse service in my life. Jolene was incredibly slow and gave us attitude when we asked to put in our dessert and receive our check. Drinks took 30 minutes to get to the table. We didn’t get greeted for 15 minutes. There were no table check ins. She cut our pie with the same knife as a peanut butter one with allergies present at our table and gave us a hard time when we asked her for a different one. I am a server. The entire issue could have been resolved with one big tray and more multi tasking. What a great experience! We had Lenni as a server, and she really enhanced our dining experience. Lenni was friendly and very attentive without hovering. Not only did Lenni check with us often to be sure we were doing well, the manager checked as well. Lenni perfectly timed the refills of coffee. The entire staff worked as a team. I was impressed by the staff helping each other, and their willingness to help customers that were not "in their section". The food was good and presented nicely. Super nice Manager. Pork chops are great! Unfortunately pot roast not so much - sent back and switched for chops with no issues. Salad, broccoli and asparagus were good. Mac n cheese was ok but nothing special. Love their mammoth muffins at Buy 3 get 3 free. Bought one of each flavor - have it warmed up and enjoy for dessert. Server was ok had to hunt her down a couple of times. Overall nice dinner - booths are comfy even for larger folks - table moves. Lenny, our server, made our meal very enjoyable. Lenny was very patient as we were deciding what to order. We are here every week, but I like to peruse the menu. Lenny had no problems with our tweaks to the menu, even suggested some herself. The food was cooked perfectly and served in an appealing display. Best crispy bacon, fluffy French toast, eggs exactly as ordered. The meal was enhanced by Lenny's attentive service. Refills were made without being requested, as they were needed. Such a pleasure to eat at a restaurant where the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. Excellent teamwork, tables were bussed quickly. No Drama! No gossiping in the back. Very refreshing! We know we are not special, they just let us feel that way. We can eat anywhere. The service we receive from Lenny is hard to find.
