My patronage started here about 10 years ago in BC - before Covid. I hadn’t been here since 2019 and then returned one day about 5-6 months ago with a friend. Although the hours have shortened & as well the menu, my favorite ls are still available. The old and new staff & chefs are doing a great job. Always cheerful and welcoming. The prices are a bit higher but reasonablely cheaper and better than a McD meal that is $14. nowadays! Kudos for keeping the quality and the large portions up! I will be back! I was there for a pop-up shop that I was vending my Avon at. And we got there early to have breakfast. It's a very nice, cozy, quaint and busy place. The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. This is a great little place that we found while driving by. The food is homestyle, and the breakfast menu was huge! I got the cinnamon roll French toast with eggs and bacon/sausage. Cooked perfectly, although the eggs were cold. Hubby got the chicken fried steak skillet. Staff was super friendly, always there to fill up coffee or water and to clear the plates when we were done. This restaurant was a lifesaver when my partner and I decided to ditch another restaurant because of their outrageous prices and small servings. So we came here to Peppertree and it was a complete 180! We got seated immediately, the food was so good, the portion sizes are insane, and it was overall so much better!
