This is a gem. I’ve been in Pismo for four days and have come here for breakfast every day. Wonderful menu. Each meal is fresh and generous. The service is out of this world. Chris, our waiter, is hyper efficient, very helpful, and has tremendous energy. My stepfather and I are making a tradition out of an annual trip to Santa Barbara and Pismo. Every time I return to Pismo, I will return to Penny’s. Stopped in for breakfast and everything was phenomenal. Chris offered friendly service with the quickest response time I've ever seen in a restaurant. Nice Diner, very nice service, free refill for coffee. The Eggs Benedict are not to be recommended, but the strawberry waffles with cream were perfect and delicious! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Love this little breakfast place. We have been going here for years. The Pismo Omelet lobster and bay shrimp, is incredible. I had the pancakes combo on this last visit and the eggs were a little dry but the cakes were perfect. I got their Strawberry Delux Waffles, and they were amazing! Food tasted great, prices were good as well. The atmosphere was awesome, and I loved that they allowed dogs on the patio. 5/5 would definitely go again l.
