We were staying @ the Hilton, so we availed ourselves of the services @ the Pelican a few times. The food was great and quite flavorful. Drinks were wonderful. I think what most impressed me was when my partner and I went out late one morning to catch some rays and a staff member volunteered to take some chaise lounges down and drag them down to the beach for us. Nina, Anthony, Otmar, Dexter, and everyone else went above and beyond. I will recommend going there just to say hi to these amazing bartenders. They were very polite and made us very happy customers.
