This location has the slowest service of all the many Peet's stores I've visited, causing lines regularly. When I was able to finally order my 1 pound of coffee to be ground, it took way too long as the 2 employees seemed to prioritize other work. I asked if Peet's still gives a free cup for birthdays, as mine was the day before, and I mentioned I didn't receive the notification or add to my Peets acct. The server didn't respond at all. I'm going to switch to a local roasting that sells small batches.Peets has gotten bitter and/or bland, and customer support now outsourced to India only told me to keep waiting when it's already been 13 days for delivery of a pound of limited batch of beans from only a few miles away across a bridge! Peets was sold to a German Investment company that may explain its decline. The online discounts are no longer worth wondering when it will arrive. I bought other beens while waiting for Peets and am disputing the charge to my CC. Bye, bye, Peets! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
