updated review: I've given Patti's a second chance thinking I just got a rough cut off meat, but again very fatty meat. good prices, good atmosphere, dang I wish they trimmed their meat a little more Meat... Good smoke flavor but really really fatty. Like a full third the sandwich was grissle. Sauce: thick, tomato based, good flavor. Bun: the Hawaiian roll was a nice addition. Having spent 30 years in the southeast, I was pleased to find this shop which seemed like it was pulled just out of Tennessee. The homemade sauce, outstanding. The homemade potato salad, wonderful. And the service? The service was exemplary. I'm a driver just passing through, but I will be certain to pass through here again. This is a great little hometown restaurant with a nice laid-back atmosphere and delicious smoked meats. I had the brisket, and it was very tender and practically melted in my mouth!
