Les viennoiseries sont la plupart du temps pas du jour, complètement sèches. Le personnel est très moyennement aimable Les prix sont exorbitants S'ils n'étaient pas seuls à Sandweiler, je pense qu'ils auraient BEAUCOUP moins de monde.... This particular Hoffmann has some of the rudest staff.. some of the workers look like they'd rather be anywhere else and they show it too. Not at all attentive, so unfriendly and arrogant sometimes. Hoffmann used to be my favourite bakery but since they've expanded, the pastries keep getting worse (dry and drenched in sugar) and the prices inexplicably high. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Gras et trop sucré en général. La coupe du pain coûte très cher, 40cts alors que certaines enseignes la font gratuite. En outre, je me suis laissée séduire aujourd'hui par une soit-disant boule de Noël à accrocher au sapin avec une surprise à l'intérieur. J'ouvre le paquet en rentrant à la maison afin de déposer la boule dans le sapin et celle-ci s'ouvre en deux et livre son 'secret' : une seule praline en forme d'escargot, ce qui n'a rien d'original pour Noël ! Le couvercle est recouvert sur son bord d'une vieille colle ce qui laisse à penser que la boule a été décollée pour glisser l'unique praline très ordinaire à l'intérieur. Cette vulgaire boule sans imagination coûtait 7€30. Honteux ! Je n'achèterai plus rien chez Hoffmann en général. J'ai obtenu le service réclamation et le monsieur m'a vulgairement raccroché au nez. Je vais me consoler en mangeant cette unique praline qui j'espère ne me donnera pas d'indigestion... Food: 1
