Great atmosphere, everything is so delicious and there's so much variety, tried most of their pastries and a couple of cakes. I like when they add new items, when doing this I feel it's important, because going to restaurants their selection usually stays the same and that gets boring. To me that makes me look forward to going and seeing what's new so I can try it. When I went to pick up a large order for my church once, the employees were very kind and helpful, excellent customer service! Thank you for the wonderful experience, will continue to stop by! The staff are very nice and helpful. One of them probably noticed that I was confused by having so many options, and came to introduce all the pastries to me and shared with me what she and her family like. I really appreciate her hospitality and I brought two boxes of pastries home. What she recommended were not disappointing and I love all of them. My mom celebrate her 75th birthday during a visit to Denver. I wanted the perfect cake. She loves strawberries, so the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake was the perfect match. Not only we were blown away by how beautiful the cake looked, it was absolutely delicious. Thank you! EDIT 11/23 Hired a bunch of young people and service has deteriorated. I work at the hospital down the street and half of the docs I work with stopped coming here because of reasons similar to the following: Thanksgiving day, came to pick up a pre-ordered cake and some snacks. No line ahead of me and maybe one family in the cafe. All the noise was coming from behind the counter. One young man came to ring us up for our pastries and look for the cake. His supervisor retrieved our pre-ordered cake, but the young man forgot all about the flatbread he promised to warm for us and literally walked over to a young lady and played a super loud game of rock paper scissors. Like what... 😭 Poor girl handling the cashier next to me was getting swamped with takeaway orders and was straight up whimpering for help but no one (in this large group) was listening to her 😭 She better than me fr because I would've hung up my apron and walked out then and there. Pastries still taste okay, I presume because the baking staff is in the back working hard instead of playing games like the retail staff. Such a charming bakery cafe with a substantial and delicious choices of pastries and cakes, and of course tea 😁 They had me at hello with their quality Earl Gray tea and almond croissant. I don’t drink coffee, but they have plenty of choices and it’s LavAzza so it should be good. Great choices for breakfast and lunch too. Their Cesar chicken sandwich on a fresh baguette was delicious. The cafe is clean, beautiful, and has plenty of seating. The service is great and quick. Loving the overall European vibe!

I walked in at 9 am on a Friday morning and could not decide what to eat. The selection of fresh pastry’s was amazing. The presentation of the freshly baked items took my breath away. But I decided on a coconut donut and a vanilla latte. It was wonderful. I was staying near by for work and stopped daily trying different morning and evening items. I loved the tomato sandwich and had my first ever bagette dinner in my hotel room, that I could not stop eating with nothing on it. The breads were wonderful for being at such a high altitude. Get a box and share with a friend because everything I tried was great. Put several things in the box and try a piece of all, come back to the box later in the day and try a few bites of the other thing you put in. Loved the experience my first time to a paris bagette. I want to try the coffee cup mouse cake one day. Looks amazing.

LAVAZZA coffee is featured here. Hot coffee, iced coffee, cold brew, hot tea and iced teas on the menu. They also have frappe and smoothie options. Bakery items were very good, and are self service. The cakes in the case looked amazing. Very busy to get good photos. The jalapeno croissant was amazing, the yoghurt cups, and the mochi donuts were very good!

Even better than the ones we go to in NYC all the time. Love this place and so happy there is on in Colorado now. Fantastic pastries, sandwiches, and desserts! You can’t go wrong with anything in there! Staff was fantastic as well!

I am so happy to find a Paris Baguette in Denver (well, Parker). Delicious choices, we loved their mochi donuts, all three flavors! The raspberry fruit bite was also great. The seating area was pretty big and the line wasn’t too bad. I wish more of the items were available but it was around 3pm when we visited. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back, especially since it’s right next to Trader Joe’s and Costco.
