Excelente food! Well prepared and you can chose among many menu options, love the service. Our waitress Diana M. was awesome. Kudos to the whole team. Absolutely amazing place to eat and to listen to amazing music, specially by the singer Francis Damian. This used to be my favorite restaurant in Elizabeth however the prices have gotten ridiculous. For one drink they charged $40. The food ranges from $20-30 and it came out cold. I will not be going back sadly. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love coming to El Parador Rojo. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now. I recently came by and our server Monica was so attentive, kind and patient. She was an absolute pleasure. The food is well cooked, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, the drinks are amazing. Parador Rojo is a friendly, family welcoming environment. 10/10 definitely recommend.
