Normally I don't have this problem but lately Laramies Papa Murphys likes to shut their phones off early before they close so they don't have to take any more orders. The only way you can make an order is if you do it online. When my husband went to pick up the pizza there were no customers and three guys just hanging out, doing nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service. If your gonna turn off your phones, just change your hours. This happened January 19th, 2024 at 7:50 pm. I had been calling since 7:20 with no answer and a loop of how I was the "first in line and a representative will get to me soon." Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza is NOT even cooked. You can got to Hambones, Jim's, heck dominoes, papa johns and get pizza same price but it's cooked. Who's concept is it to charge same price as other good pizza but make you go home and do the work.? Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
