Love this pizza and the staff is very friendly. I just wish there was a tried and true way to make sure the pepper doesn't get put in the box, we have an allergy to it and it's about 50/50 on whether it gets accidentally put in after requesting it not to. They are always happy to make a fresh pizza though. Food: 5 Service: 4

My pizza took 2 hours to get here and was delivered by some other delivery service and not kept in a warming bag so it was cold. I called and was told I would be reimbursed. I was not, no credit on my account or anything. This was the second time I have been lied to by their management. The time prior I received the wrong pizza, one I don’t eat but had waited so long I couldn’t wait for a replacement and was told I would receive a credit. That never happened. I am fed up with bad service. Food: 3 Service: 1

This service is great. I was waiting for my pizza (I was early). The delivery driver tonight was so good. I waited 4 mins and he was already back and not being crazy (the guy working behind the desk was awesome, too) This had a great crew tonight Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
