Came in with a group of friends for some pancakes locally while visiting the Netherlands in the summer - some really delicious options, both savoury and sweet. Service was friendly and the portions generous. Good value for money with a lovely ambiance overall. Would recommend to anyone! Very nice for a family meal. Good pancake options, as well as other dishes. Really enjoyed the burger and our daughter loved the playground outside.

Food was great. Service was fine, but it was so hot inside that it really spoiled the meal. It was about 25C outside with sun and cloud. Inside it was hotter. De Bijenkorf is always a good place to go for a family dinner or to have a nice, simple meal. It's not too fancy (which is a good thing) and always serves good food. On said food little can be improved other than the fact that there's sometimes an imbalance of ingredients, for example very little sausage in the pea soup. Regardless, the food does taste good. The servers are always friendly and check on you just the right amount of times to make sure you have a drink and are enjoying your meal. We booked a Social deal: hot beverage and sweet, a 11 km walk, at return a nice pancake. I must say it was the best combination ever. Luck with the weather because it did not rain and these pancakes are actual grandma style! In pizza style boxes to go, but we rolled them and ate them on the go. Loved it!!

A large range of pancakes and starters and desserts. The meal combo is good value but perhaps a bit too much food for a small appetite. We had to wait a while for our drinks but after that all went efficiently.
