Please rename the "broccoli cheddar soup", "Broccoli Chicken cheddar soup". We are vegeterian family and we have been eating "broccoli cheddar soup" for years without knowing it has chicken. We read ingrients on Panera soup from Costco then reliased that it contains chicken. Once Panera renames, I could change the rating to 5. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Somwhat expensive but clean healthy food. Be prepared to order your food, serve yourself, and bus you own table. Would you these jerks want a tip? Salads and soups are great. Staff were super friendly and very efficient. I enjoyed my lunch here today. I'm glad this location has remained open despite all of the changes at this shopping center. I won't hesitate to stop in when I'm in the area. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I love the location at Old Bridge Township 🥰 very warm atmosphere and nice team! The food is delicious as through out all Panera Bread locations. My favorite deal is Breakfast sandwich Family Feast. Overall this Panera location is clean and service is okay. Main reason for my rating comes down to the fact that I received what appears to be a half bitten piece of bread and my soup cup was less than half full! Very low quality for a $12 lunch.

Panera used to be a solid lunch spot but the quality of the food is very poor for how much you pay. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with pickle chips and the sandwich had maybe a teaspoon of buffalo sauce with essentially no pickle chips. It was not appetizing at all. I order a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken , that Supuse to come with corn tortilla strips not with fritos, it destroys the quality of the salad . If you are running out of something explain the customer or make the change in the menu that it comes with Fritos . I love Panera , but this time it was not a good experience .

We use rapid orders almost all the time. Every now and then we got our orders missing chicken (see attached pic). Sometimes the portion is only half of what we usually got. Food and the service are good but the inconsistency hurts the experience.
