EDIT: I went back the next day as I was in the area and after telling the manager what happened, he was quick to offer a solution to my problem and made me a new steak sandwich which was very good. Shout out to him; it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get this service originally. Gave this Panera multiple tries but am let down every time. Even in an empty restaurant, they can’t seem to ever get my order right or make it well. Always sloppy and stingy with ingredients if they remember to put it on. Bread was inedible and cheese was crusted onto the paper instead of the sandwich. Definitely not coming back here, especially with how expensive the food is compared to the quality. The service I receive all the time from Rosa at the Deer Park Panera is always professional and polite. She always makes sure I'm very satisfied and my order is correct. It appears like they are cutting corners. I tried explaining to the manager why a tablespoon of tuna is not sufficient for a sandwich. Instead of fixing the issue, she just gave me my money back. Would never go here again. There is another Panera down the road in West Babylon that isn’t cutting corners. Much better service, much better management there. I went there on the evening of Monday 6/27, and the interior was filthy. Napkins and receipts were on several tables and the floor, and empty drinks were on the table. I wonder what the kitchen floor looks like. I hope that I do not get sick. I do not recommend anybody come here to eat.

This review only applies to what I got from lunch and is not representative of the entirety of Panera Bread and their menu. I ordered a pepperoni flatbread pizza, a turkey sandwich with two drinks and chips. I'm sad to say I didn't get the sandwich, the pizza, sad to say, wasn't the best pizza out there. It was one of the most bland pizza I've had in recent memory, the sauce is faint with a hint of sweetness, and the cheese is plentiful. Though it isn't something I'd go out of my way to eat, I'll definitely be updating my review when I get the opportunity to try the other items on the menu.
