If I could give zero stars I would. They seriously need to close this location. I pulled into the drive thru and waited several minutes and the order box with no one saying a word. So I drove to the window think maybe the box was out. I waited several minutes there, even saw an employee look over but no one came to the window. So, giving another break I walked inside. Approaching the counter, I find three employees standing there chit chatting. I asked if their drive thru was working to which one replied “oh it’s very hectic, so I’m not sure”. There was a single person in line but me and maybe 4 tables of people. So I asked if they had any blueberry bagels and was sarcastically told “doesn’t look like it”. Up to this point I had been kind but everyone has a limit. I told them never mind, I could take my business elsewhere and they should consider closing. So just a heads up, avoid this location.

I do not recommend using this location. Especially over the lunch hour. This place cannot be considered fast food, it took 25 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered. Needless to say I was late returning to work!

Panera Bagel Variety
It’s really dark and gloomy in there. We came like an hour before closing, ordered something simple, macaroni&cheese and a salad. There was no salad. They were out of lettuce, so I just purchased the mac & cheese which was supposed to have the broccoli in it and the last time I ate the macaroni&cheese at another Panera bread, it was yellow cheese with broccoli I paid $13 for a small bowl of white macaroni cheese with no broccoli. And our food sat behind the counter for 15 minutes while they were talking.

Pissed as hell. We order from here all the time using ubereats. I usually get the turkey chili, which typically comes with a ton of stuff in it, and my husband gets some of their sandwiches, and loves their lemon cookies. The last couple of times we ordered the turkey chili we noticed that the amount of actual ingredients in it (turkey, beans, chickpeas, etc.), was less, but we let it go.
We just ordered another one today for my lunch, and what we got was laughable. It's mostly meat broth, with barely ANYTHING IN IT. Like literally, you take the spoon to stir it, and the amount of "stuff" in it maybe amounts to two tablespoons. The rest is just liquid.
I called to speak to a manager, and a young guy answered friendly and politely and put me on hold. I waited...and waited...and waited...and finally hung up. I can now see by the other reviews that this place is going downhill. Wish they'd get their act together, as we've always loved ordering from here, but that's going to change if this keeps up.
Came back to edit my post...read more of their reviews, and we'll definitely not be ordering from here anymore. Lots of complaints about the place being dirty, trash everywhere, horrible, rude service, employees standing around either chatting or looking at their phones, the list goes on. We're done.
Need more employees! It always takes so long for me just to get a soda!

My go to morning stop for good food and a place to do some work on the laptop.
Downside however is the coffee pots are more commonly empty than full. Paying more than $3 for a cup of selve serve java, I expect plenty on hand. Employees in prep area would rather stand and chat instead of prepping paid in full food orders.
