I ordered delivery it took over an hour to receive my food ontop if that the driver delivered my order to mailboxes that everyone was has access to that was no where near where anyone lives I ended up having to drive to get my food then once I got my food the sandwich had barly anything in it and was disgusting very disappointed Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

I went through the drive-through and ordered a you pick two of broccoli cheddar soup and a Greek salad. The bowl of broccoli cheddar soup was filled only 2/3 of the way, so I went in and showed one of the employees behind the counter. He was very professional and accommodating, and he took care of the matter. The Greek salad had no Kalamata olives in it, which I didn’t notice until I got home. I’m not sure if it’s staffing issues or what, however, there always seems to be some sort of an issue with either service or food or atmosphere. Food: 2 Service: 4

Haven't been here in years and I had a pleasant experience. The Southwest Chicken Melt and Oatmeal Raisin Berry Cookie were delicious. All of my food was prepared correctly and served warm. So me and my partner just got to our car to leave after eating, and Cheri came up to us in the cold to give us two cookies! I don’t know if we forget them with our order or she gave us two free ones, but either way we are thankful to her and Panera for that. If you see this Cheri, thank you!! The restaurant was cold. It's 10° outside and it feels like the air is on in here...my hands actually hurt because they are cold. Great staff every time I come in! Shoutout to this location for providing great customer service! They were extremely accommodating with helping me set up my unlimited sip club rewards and understanding of the transaction problems. I had also forgot I ordered a pastry and 30 minutes later a staff member remembered and ran it out to me. The food was okay, the baguette was stale, other than that it's always been good. Been here a bunch. The cheddar broccoli soup is amazing. I felt this visit was worth a quick post. Was quite disappointed when we got out food due to the lack thereof. I think their prices are a little higher than other options one might have so when I felt like I got less than a cup of soup in a bowl. I was a little salty. Here's a pic for anyone interested. Expect a wait, if this location is even open. As of late staffing problems have caused this location to close early and/or not offer curbside or rapid indoor pick up or even have an open drive thru. It was a 30+ minute wait to place an order inside due to drive thru being closed.(3/20/22). The food quality is going downhill. Chicken apple salad was barely there with 2 sandwiches worth of lettuce. What chicken salad was there was sopping wet leaving the bread mush. For the price this is not worth it.

Busy please, but the line moves fast. There are express kiosks to self order as well. Depending on the crew in the kitchen, the food can come out on time and right or a little late. Food quality is good and tastes great, the place is clean and well maintained. Customer service needs a push. Overall would recommend dine in or takeout. OK first off I ordered online had my husband go pick up the food we were missing a sandwich he comes all the way home lets me know I drive all the way back over there and it’s about 12-15 minutes away from where I live and I let them know mines not this sandwich is supposed to have pickled red onions explain to me why mine didn’t have it on it mind you not apparently it was the manager that was making the sandwich for me that they forgot the first time around. Oh and they didn’t even ask if I wanted any refund or coupon what a joke.
