I love ordering my food online ahead of time, getting the alert that my order is ready. Then waiting 15 minutes because I have to wait in the same line as people who order at the drive thru instead of online. Then i get my food and its soggy cause it sat there for so long and i still had to drive home. Y'all really thought that system through. Staff at the restaurant did fine, this is just a flawed setup at this location. Just disable fast lane pickup if you can order at the speaker. Easy fix... Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
