The food is the same at every Panera, and this was no different. But what's different though was how long it took them for my order. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with my kids and I as we have never been here before. He was able to answer any and all questions we had. The prices are insane for what it is, the environment was dirty and run down. An outlet hanging off the wall dangling by wires. We ordered a You Pick Two, which French onion soup in a bread bowl and a half sandwich. The half sandwich hardly had anything on it at all, and the soup was cold. Not room temp, not lukewarm...cold. When we took it back, they put the whole thing g in a microwave! Still wasn't warm, but now all our bread was hard. Took it back up and swapped it out for different soup, which was hot. Wasn't happy at all, and probably won't eat here again unfortunately. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Great food but it's twice now where I've ordered food ahead of time and by the time I got there for pickup they hadn't even started making my order. I'm very tired of this especially when I'm waiting for food for my partner and I's anniversary.
