This Chinese restaurant is only good if you are drunk or hungover. Makes sense in the college town. Had it when I was in college tried it again as an adult and will not be going back. Food just tastes gross. Even simple things like rice and sweet and sour chicken were not good. There are better options in Hornell and Wellsville. The only good thing is the price. Everytime I walk in this place I am greeted with a smile. Weather it be in braud daylight or 1:30 am when I am blackout drunk. It's the place to hit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The panda is open late and that makes it convenient for me. Very good food just wish had more opinions for the flavors for the chicken wings

I have been to Panda lots of times, the staff are very kind and patient. I love the food, especially the beef and broccoli with white rice! Highly reccomend! :) Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Having previously lived in Alfred, I've frequented this place as there was no other choice in town for Chinese. Food was mediocre but decent for a quick meal/late-night grab. Restaurant cleanliness was questionable. **TIP OF ADVICE: Always count your change ($) !! Myself and others had repeatedly called them out for not giving back the correct amount!

Ordered the general tso's chicken and Singapore noodles with a shrimp egg roll. Everything was excellent, in fact, probably the best Singapore noodles I've ever had! Definitely recommend this spot!

The food is cheap and alright. Their menu isn’t very large. If you are coming in from New York City don’t expect it to be the same taste. It’s different but convenient when you don’t have time to cook.

Inexpensive college food. The best I have had is the sesame chicken combo . They have quick service and are open quite late. Overall not too bad for a college resturant.

Great drunk food, open late, fast service. Quality may be a little lower after midinght on the weekends due to serving all of us drunk college kids but other than that, solid Chinese food.

I enjoy panda during the day or early evening. The food seems to be fresher... but an egg roll after the bar is always fun.
