Normally this place is great but tonight they were way too busy for their staffing. Our food was delivered after almost an hour wait time and it was colder. Clearly they didn’t have enough help working. We still like this place but if it’s busy - I would rather turn around and go someplace else. Other than amazing service and super friendly hosts this place is awful. The worst restaurant I think I’ve ever been to. I have a friend who works here and I go here regularly but not for the food. The management is terrible. They have been firing people left and right from what I’ve heard and seen no reason. They have a bully mindset and will do anything they can to prove a point. Their idea is customers over employees no matter what. They’ll take a hard worker and make them feel awful about themselves. The food is also extremely mediocre. Overall this place is atrocious and shouldn’t even be open. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Gross food, hair found in my food, I asked for medium well but there was still blood in the steak. Overall bad experience. Manager didn’t care about fixing anything.

As always, the food at Palomino was fantastic! The service, considering it was a little busy, was strong. The atmosphere? Meh. It always seems louder than it should be for this place. We had delicious food and an amazing server...his name was Shad. He answered all our questions and gave us options related to our comments. Because we are not good with spicy food we were a little bit afraid about the food. Fortunately, they have many options for people like us!! The food had good taste and it was well served. My husband came to town for a class for four days, and we almost didn’t come to this restaurant because of some of the reviews but we’re glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch! We never had to ask for a drink to be refilled, and the flavors of the food were excellent -even down to the cilantro, lime rice! Also, their fried ice cream is one of the best I’ve ever had. If this restaurant was in our town, we would hurt ourselves by eating there too much! They were able to accommodate our group of 15 beautifully. We enjoyed some pre dinner cocktails and flights. Our group ordered everything from cheeseburgers to fajitas to taco salads. Everything came out at the same time. They split the tickets as needed and added a 18% tip. The tequila flight was $25ish.
