Had Birthday Brunch with Misty and everything was perfect! Delicious Bloody Mary’s and decided to have a variety of bites: Baked Brie, Crab Cakes and Salmon Bagels all around! Of course we added a side of delicious Hollandaise to take all the yummy ocean creatures to the next level 💜🎉🥰 Scrumptious as always ⭐️ Looking forward to the return of the most amazing Bloody Mary Bar ever!! This place is a beautiful unique gem in San Marcos. We sat in the super comfy and relaxed bar area with the fire place right in front of us. So cozy and perfect for a date night or night out with friends. Lots of gorgeous plants and wonderful courtyard with a big beautiful tree and firey lamps to light the evening. The appetizers and signature cocktails were delicious, and the staff was so super nice and helpful. Tonie took great care of us and gave us all the good recommendations! We will be back! Looking to celebrate our anniversary, we had our first visit here yesterday - and will definitely be coming here more regularly! Called ahead about 30 minutes, and were able to get a table on a Friday night. They have their own parking. Great ambiance inside and out! This is a more formal attire experience. Our server, Misty, was fantastic as well. She knew the liquor selection, was able to make suggestions from the menu, and familiar with the preparation of each dish. Every drink and dish was an absolute delight, from the perfectly balanced cocktails to the fresh herbs in each meal item, including the butter. The pork chops were out of this world, tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The menu may be limited, but they take a lot of pride in details of each dish. Even the whipped cream on the bread pudding is spiced! No more expensive than the chain restaurants in the area, but a far superior experience. They even have a mouth wash station in the ladies room. Perfect spot to celebrate milestones or just have an incredibly romantic candle lit dinner the atmosphere is beautiful, I can tell the food was hand made in house everything was super tasty and filling (my biggest compliment to the chiefs). Even the service was incredible (big thank you to Hank you made the night more memorable!) It's kinda pricey but so incredibly worth it! Appetizers, beignets and biscuits and jam were delivered fresh and reasonably warm. Main courses were not. The skim that had developed on the grits was evidence of food sitting for a while before pickup and delivery to the table. It's hard to get past luke warm to cold food.
