It’s really good!! I’m originally from Mexico and lived there for 25 years, so I know what authentic Mexican food tastes like. My husband told me he’s seen great reviews about Pablo’s Taqueria on FB groups, so we finally decided to try it. He ordered fish tacos with a side of rice & beans. I wanted ‘sopes’ but with Oaxaca cheese instead of meat. I called and asked them if it was possible to customize the ‘sopes,’ and they were very friendly, saying, ‘nothing’s impossible with us.’ I LOVED my ‘sopes’ so much! They were bigger than other ‘sopes’ I’ve tried in town. My husband said he enjoyed his fish tacos as well. We ended up ordering again the next day 🤣😁. I love to say i recently went to this food truck Service was AMAZING. Chefs made an AMAZINGLY and DELICIOUS Taco. They put a ton of meat and the tortillas is Cooked to my liking. They taste just like the authentic tacos i have in mexico! I CANT WAIT till they have an actual location! Best Success to you Pablo. Great Guy!
