It has been 6 years since the last time we went to PF Chang's. It was clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. We ordered a Cali Roll and a chicken fried rice. Although the food was good there was nothing special that put it over the top. Our server was pleasant. It was a Saturday night and busy. This was a nice experience after a long day. My wife and I ate here on 3/3/24. This particular location has the best servers in Phoenix. We were lucky enough to have been served by Arianna and we sat outside in the patio. Everything was perfect and her fast, attentive, friendly and informative service was so amazing. Ask for Ariana she is wonderful. This location feels so much different than the others it’s refreshing. Christina was definitely a joy and she made the experience so much better! First-timer here! I was pleasantly surprised about how moody the atmosphere was when I first walked in to PF Changs. Totally a first-date/casual type of vibe. We were greeted by Ty, our server. He was amazing! He was so friendly, welcoming and gave great insight to the dinner and cocktail menu. I appreciated Ty’s timeliness with taking our orders, bringing drinks and food — he wasn’t overbearing but he made sure we were good the whole night. The short-ribs suggestion was the best! My friend and I were so sad we didn’t get to order it as a meal. All that to say, I hope Ty is my server again when I bring the family over next time. He knows the good stuff! Food was well prepared and tasty. Katrina was an absolute gem. Excellent service. Absolutely made the night. I dont frequent pfchangs all that often and typically it is a ok experience. This visit was fantastic. Server made all the difference. Next time we are in the area she will def be requested if she is available! We had the best meal and Jack was our server. He was awesome and he knew all about the gluten free options and even gave us a sample of the tea we loved to take home.
