I’m a big fan of pf changs but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered issues with the service that ultimately led us to leave the restaurant. First and foremost, upon our arrival, our server, Mandy, approached us and immediately demanded a 20% tip because we were a larger party. This request was made before we had even been seated or received any service. Not only was this request presumptuous, but it also set a negative tone for the rest of our dining experience. As we proceeded, the service only continued to deteriorate. Our server displayed a noticeable attitude and lack of professionalism throughout the interaction. she responded with further rudeness, when we politely adressed that her attitude was noticeable and that we’re here to have good time, she said she felt the same way about us. Such unprofessional behavior from a server is entirely unacceptable and left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. In light of this poor treatment and the overall negative experience, my family and I made the decision to leave the restaurant without ordering. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, especially when dining out with family. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a great place to take young kids and introduce them to the idea of "Chinese food." All the flavors are suited perfectly for that palate. Overall, the food had no flavor. Cooked well! But no taste. Our server was in training, and he did an EXCELLENT job! Service was impeccable 👌. Atmosphere. The restaurant is cool on the inside, but the table we sat at felt like we were on display for the whole restaurant. The lettuce wraps were probably the best thing we tried. We went in with 5 of us in our party! We were seated quickly and our service was impeccable! The manager Alicia Trice was the absolute best! It was our first time in and she recommended things for us, not only food but also cocktails! We were not disappointed! I guarantee we will be back and bring in more friends! Our waitress and her service was definitely the best we have ever had! I loved the fact that while Alicia was helping us that her employees would come up and she was very pleased and complimented their job! That says a lot about a manager and an establishment!!! Beautiful atmosphere and excellent food & service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and I love the crispy honey shrimp. Tried the pomegranate lemonade today and was a hit! One photo by another reviewer says half priced lunch. This is what caused me to eat here, there is no half priced lunch. The photo is 4 years old. Good service, bland food. Why do you serve a sichuan dish without sichuan pepper? I asked for some and was told they had none. I feel its overpriced. The food and the service at the Grapevine location is EXCELLENT! Server Bri was particularly pleasant and attentive. But the star today was the revamped Chang's Apple Crunch- IT WAS DELICIOUS! The pastry it was fried in is a flaky cross between an eggroll wrap and a croissant. The filling was the perfect blend of tart and sweet apple with cinnamon. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream a Beaudoin drizzle of vanilla and caramel syrup and voila...a symphony of sweet flavors dancing around your mouth.
