Was a 100% enjoyable experience! Our daughter had her first snow crab and is hooked! Watching her discover how to crack the snow crab just right to get all the yummy morsels was a hoot! The flavors were delightful! The service was spot on - prompt and thoughtful. Will definitely go back! This is our first time to the Destin area and we were wondering where to eat. I found the reviews for Outcast and decided we would try this restaurant. It’s not a fancy restaurant, but it was clean and people seemed friendly. We arrived and had the infamous Jess for a server (see MANY reviews on Outcast and you will find Jess). She explained the different boils available and those were tempting, but we had just had a boil with our friends. I decided on the catfish bites (pictured). They came nicely breaded and cooked perfectly. They tasted great! My wife and a friend chose the shrimp which were excellent. Another friend got the chicken nuggets. She was very pleased with them. Whatever you do, get the sweet potato tater tots. Better than sweet potato fries! I’ve only seen these twice before and Outcast’s were fantastic! We only ordered water to drink as we normally do. The bill for my wife and I came to $33 — very reasonable for food of this quality! And Jess was as advertised! Very informative, great service and pleasant personality. Give Outcast a try! Outcast is definitely a must try if you’re looking for great seafood! The snow crab in the Outcast sauce is amazing. Spicy and saucy. The Cajun fries with ranch delish!
