First, they bought waters out and took our order for appetizers. The margarita came pretty fast, but it took at least 30mins to bring the food out. When they finally did, they took our order, and this food came out really quick. It wasn't hot tho! The burger was ok, but it was barely warm. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the fries had obviously been done for a while. They were actually cold. The grilled chicken on the salad was cold too. I asked the waitress for ketchup, and she never brang it, nor did she ever refill our water or even ask us if we wanted something else to drink. Horrible Outback experience!

Maddie was a great waitress, one of the most friendliest, polite people I’ve ever felt with. Morgan the manager was top notch, pleasure to talk with too. I will tell everyone I know about those amazing women. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Grace T. was our waitress. We haven't received service like Grace's in a long time. She was very professional. Our meals came out right after we finished our appetizer. We asked for extra sauce with our order and she didn't forget anything. She checked to make sure we liked our meal and asked if we needed anything again. She replaced our empty drinks right away. She asked us if we wanted dessert or anything else. She brought us boxes, bowls and a bag with our check. She thanked us for coming in. We'll definitely be back.
