We went here on a Saturday night. We added our name to the wait list before leaving the house. We got here 5 min before the time. We waited 15 min to be taken to the table. We had a really nice server. He took our order and brought us drinks. Then the salads. Then we waited almost an hour for our entrees to be brought. The server said they were extremely busy that night. However, after we had our salads. the entire dining room was emptying out. There were literally 3 other tables in the dining room. We waited so long for the dinner. Then, when we were finished, my husband decided to take 2 desserts to go home. It was added to the check. We paid for it. Then, it took about another 20 minutes after we had paid for it to bring it to the table. We weren't going to leave without what we paid for. The food was great, the service was very slow. We arrived at 7:45 PM. We didn't leave until 10:00 PM. Over 2 hours for 2 salads, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts to go.

This evening my wife and I stopped for dinner and had a great experience. I am in restaurants a lot because I travel for work. The service we received was outstanding. Julio was our server and he was assisted by Stella. I know this is a chain restaurant but the service was top notch. Thank you Julio and Stella.

This is not typically a place I would go to, we got a gift card for Christmas. It was very good! We were both pretty impressed! My steak and chicken were hot and juicy. I highly recommend the loaded baked potato. Wedge salad was also pretty decent. Service was also not bad, but it was not busy at all. We went around 4 and it had been snowing. I’ll be back.

The Bloomin' Fried Chicken was excellent. The green beans and mashed potatoes were ok. Service was slow and the water gave me raspberry tea instead of unsweetened tea. I didn't send it back because of how long it took to get it in the first place. I had ordered asparagus, but they were out of that so I switched to the green beans. When the check arrived, the up charge for the asparagus was still there, so we sent the check back to get that removed.
