As a chain restaurant it is above average. Staff was prompt and willing to be of service. Food was prepared as we ordered. The only complaint I have is they seated us in line with the front door. It was cold and windy that night. We got a cold blast every time both doors were open. Yes we could have asked to be reseated but didn't want to creat a hassle. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We arrived after 5 PM and ordered Tuesday specials (3 course for me and steak/lobster for her). Food arrived fairly fast and was great. Desserts took awhile to arrive but the manager comped my wife's ice cream which was nice but really unnecessary. Overall we enjoyed the food and service. Thanks. Came to the Lawton OK Outback Steakhouse for my birthday and couldn't have had a better experience. The food was hot and the prime rib was melt in your mouth good. Server Madison B was EXCELLENT! She answered all our questions and gave good suggestions. She kept our drinks full and was ALL smiles. We had a small issue with dessert and the management took care of it immediately! Waitress was great. Manager was awesome. The person who brought out our food had a BO smell to them, and it looked like their hair could easily get in the food as they carried it out. Food was ok. Ordered medium rare sirloin, as last time I ordered rare it was closer to blue. Glad I did because it was barely rare. They changed the blooming onion dip, and there's a weird chemical after taste. The seasoning by itself isn't great. My parents seemed to really enjoy both so maybe it's just my taste/opinion. Madison was an amazing server. She was attentive and had such a positive attitude. There was a slight issue with our food and she wanted to address it and fix it right away.
