2/24…. I took my entire family out for dinner. It was for a party of 8. Our meals came out and later my adult children informed me that their food was cold. My son’s meal was wrong and the later realized his meal was missing an item. I was reviewing the bill when I noticed that I was billed for something that I haven’t received either. After having the bill corrected once, I went and asked for the manager. The manager was very nice and corrected the issue but I have to be honest and say that we will but be returning. There were just too many mistakes and not very good service. I looked for a refill of my drink and just ended up going without. It was a special night. My son was turning 16yrs old. He is autistic and at age 2yrs on life support so this was a very big deal but instead we left disgusted. I was very pleased with everything. The food, the service, and the timing were all exceeding expectations. It was a little chilly in the restaurant. My party of 4 all kept our coats on and ordered hot water to drink, but with winter germs going around, a lower temperature is welcomed. Will definitely back to this location soon, with my coat on. The only reason I am not giving this a five star in every area is because there were a number of tables that needed to be cleaned off and we had to wait a while for someone to clean them to be seated. Maybe they were short on staff, I don't know. They were out of silverware and even glasses. I guess dishwashing was backed up. The manager did go around to all the tables and checked on how all were doing. Glad to see that. We did have great customer service although we had to repeat ourselves and wait for items. It was the holiday season so maybe expect that. I did love the fact that our hotel next door did have a reduced price discount at this location. That way saving a little money helped! We have been coming here for many years. It is always hard to keep staff here, and I am sure it is cause they only hire over the age of 18. We had a great experience tonight. The food was delicious, and the service was superb. I always know I can eat here safe with my gluten allergy. Glenn was our server for my Uncle Tori’s birthday dinner. They ordered a bloomin onion, and it was delicious. I had the red wine and filet mignon medium well with a Cesar salad and house mash. 10/10. My food was DELICIOUS!! I haven’t eaten her in a long time, but I’m glad I came. I took myself out on a date at Outback bc my mother gave me a gift card, and I had a great time. It wasn’t crowded, the patrons were cool and my server/bartender, Lisa, was great. The food was absolutely delicious. I ate everything; “I left no crumbs,” lol. I would travel 30 minutes again because of both food and service. Plus, there wasn’t even a wait. Had a wonderful experience at Outback tonight! Food was hot, fresh and served in a timely fashion. Service was outstanding. Waitresses and servers were very attentive and checked in us frequently. Great atmosphere and family friendly! The customer service manager even stopped by the table and made sure everything was up to par. The food was good. My potato soup was filled with potatoes. Had it before with two or three potatoes and had to send it back to find them. Our waitress was nice and had a great smile.
