Took 45 minutes for us to get seated. Took at least an hour or more to get all of our food and all we got were two side salads, and a baked potato. We got our cheese fries almost right when we seated. The food was very good though. Went Sunday afternoon, and after waiting 45 minutes to be seated, the hostess was going to seat us at a table that had tea spilled on the floor under the table. After another 10 minute wait, she seated us at the same table with a sticky floor. The server, Jose, was a very nice guy and pleasant. Brought out food in a somewhat decent time. I usually do not have Any issues with this location. However on my last visit I got take out for a hamburger. When I got home the hamburger was still raw. When I called and spoke to the manager (female, didn’t get her name) she Never apologized, Never offered a refund but did offer a credit. Today I received a $10 gift card to accommodate an inedible raw $14 hamburger. Thanks Outback! Service Take out Meal type Dinner

David Dawkins was awful as a manager in Flowood, MS. I complained about the service First, I was seated at the very back and it appeared that I was totally invisible. I had to get the server attention then I couldn’t get anything to drink . Complained to David Dawson and he just walked off ! Guess what ? I saw him give two other women sitting in front of me FREE as he said compliments to the table . They had no complaints but the server stayed at the table and free food on the house . All I wanted was a sweet tea ! I am putting this manager on blast . I have never visited this steakhouse before because I am not from this area . Will not return . You give steakhouse a bad name . Shame on you for such disrespect and poor service, especially after a wait of 50 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 1

It has been years since we have been to this location. Our experience years ago was so bad I said we wouldn't come back but it just so happens a friend came and had a good experience lately so we decided to give it another try. It was great. Atmosphere, food, and service were great. We had the cheese fries and coconut shrimp for appetizers and both were great. The Filet and lobster was awesome, wife liked the steak and shrimp pasta and my gather n law enjoyed the Ribeye steak which was good as well.
