ON'z Enturire is a true gem right in the middle of Kabale town.
He is the most famous brewer of the delectable local sorghum & honey drink. A proud mukiga who recently moved back home(Kabale) to
"served the people" as he likes to say towering over a mug of fermented brew.
Pay him a visit and chat about the town, he'll gladly share the recipe and how he makes the stuff.
