We came in for a family order and the young man who took our order had exceptional customer service! The name on the name tag was Angel. He explained with courtesy what all came in the family pack and made our experience here great! We will definitely come back! My mother-in-law and I went for dinner; she wanted to do something for me. We ordered at the counter, and found a table. They brought our food quickly, and we enjoyed our dinner. She had the BBQ chicken dinner, and I had the Pick 2 Aloha plate with BBQ beef and Island Fire chicken. Very good food, and we both had leftovers to take home and enjoy the next day. One of the best fast food places I've ever experienced. Hawaiian BBQ Mix is the only way I go. First time eating there. Got take out. Had BBQ beef teriyaki chicken and macaroni salad. The meats were barely warm. The macaroni salad had no flavor. The only good thing was the BBQ beef. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The food was good, but I am disappointed with the short ribs. Is this really how they are? Big fat pieces of bone without much meat, and almost all fat? I have seen other ribs like these, and the bones aren't as big and it has much more meat. To me, this is unacceptable and the cook needs to think of the customer and give the customer better options. The mac salad to me was perfect. It did not have too much mayo like other places with a similar mac salad. The chicken was moist and tasty. Just one recommendation I would make is that they cut the chicken into smaller pieces. It seems they leave bigger pieces in order to fill more of the plate and give less of it. Overall, the food was good. The only thing is that they need to stop skimping out on the food. I understand that this might be a management issue, so I implore management to do better and stop thinking with their wallets.
