Such an awesome little spot tucked away near the Capitol! The inside is new and unassuming, but the staff are SOOO sweet and I love the baked treats! Not to mention that its all gluten free with tons of options that you couldn't find much anywhere else. I do hope this place stays up and grows into a staple of town! I haven’t been able to eat any version of baked goods for a long time. Discovering this place was like magic. The scones we bought are, to this day, the best gluten-free baked goods I’ve ever eaten, no exaggeration. The woman working the cash register was so kind and helpful. Both the products and service were fantastic. Will be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5

I visited Olympia Baking Co. For the 1st time yesterday and it was amazing. First of all the staff was super friendly! I had an amazing bowl of French Onion Soup and a bacon cheddar biscuit. I ate it right there at the cute little counter set up in front of the window. The flavor and texture of the biscuit had me going back for dessert. Before leaving I bought 2 scones for later and they were both delicious. One was chocolate chip coconut and the other was pumpkin chocolate chip, both yummy. I'm sad to say I live almost 80 miles from this bakery but next time I'm in Olympia this is one stop I have to make! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing bakery that has gluten-free items. If I remember correctly, they are all gluten-free. Picked up a variety of pastries for my team, and they absolutely love them ! They cannot tell the difference due to them being gluten-free, proportion size, and the owner was super friendly, and so humble get there, early, he makes everything fresh day and once he’s out he’s out.
