Great food, great service. Our waitress Virginia was amazing. I asked her for more bread and she gave us 3 baskets. Food quantity has went down a bit but their salads are still good quantity. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and quantity, for it was a bit disappointing. Over all food was tasting good. Alfredo did needed a little more flavor. Visited on a Saturday evening, there was a wait time of about 30 minutes however it seemed to move pretty fast. This place it located in a huge lot with other business so there is ample amount of parking. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip for our appetizer, the chicken and shrimp carbonara along with the Shrimp Scampi for our entree. The Chocolate Lasagna for dessert and a pitcher of white sangria. We also had the Zuppa Toscana soup as part of our entree. I will give the spinach dip a 2 out of 5, didn't care much for it compared to others I have had. The chicken in the chicken and shrimp carbonara was rubbery, however the shrimp was pretty good. We really enjoyed the watermelon sangria but the entree's were okay. Our waitress Alegu was very welcoming. She even gave us some of the soup to bring home with us which we really enjoyed too. This location is AMAZING! I’m not sure if there’s a new GM (it’s been about a yr since I was last inside…I like the curbside pickup option) but every single member of the team we encountered (5 people) seemed genuinely eager to make sure we were okay. I’m big on customer service and the team exceeded my expectations. My experiences prior were never bad, however this visit stood out greatly. On 2/11/24 Dine-In. At first the service was acceptable. After receiving the meals the waitress never came back - her excuse was she has a table of 18. We placed a second drink order on the kiosk because we had no waitress the bartender brought the drink to the table. We then placed a dessert order on the kiosk at 7PM and literally waited until 723PM because it was never brought to the table. The waitress never came back at all I had to go back to the front to pay the manager seemed not to care. When I asked if she was the manager she said yes but never cared. When walking out she then came behind us asking if something was wrong. I explained what happen and all she said was sorry and that the waitress has a table of 18 so my table of 2 became worthless?!?! I explained about the dessert order that was placed on the kiosk and never brought out to the table she did not even care to offer it as a to go. Visiting from Canada for my dad’s 88th birthday. Undecided which restau to treat him but ended at Olive Garden ! Did not disappoint us! So many food options to choose from. Unlimited salad and breadsticks were served fresh and hot from the oven, very tasty! We ordered calamari for appetizer and was very tasty with2 dipping sauces. Yum! Shoutout to Alonzo , our server who was very attentive, pleasant and friendly. Excellent service ! And to cap off, Dad enjoyed his birthday cake, strawberry shortcake with a group singing HB to our table. Food came in big portions, we ended taking leftovers home. Overall, excellent dining experience . Definitely will return and highly recommended this restau !! Overall awesome food and great experience I had with my family. The portions are big and their bread sticks are awesome. The pasta I ordered comes with Salad or soup, both of them were really good. Arrived and didn’t have to wait, they had plenty of tables and booths available for seating. If you have a larger party then there might be a wait as we saw a few people waiting that had more than 4 family members. Service was good and the waiter made sure to check up on us the entire time we were there. The drinks were made as expected and enough kick to give my wife a buzz. Food was above average, main course was not too salty and came out tasking fresh. The shrimp and chicken was cooked perfectly. Not dry or undercooked. We went there yesterday, on a packed Saturday night, and the service was great! The wait time was 25 minutes for a party of four, which wasn't that bad at peak time (7pm). Our server was great though. He got out all of our orders within the first 30 minutes despite it being a full house, and the food was great! Also, he took credit for his mistake for mixing up my order, and got the correct food out promptly. Everything tasted amazing and I would definitely come back to this location!
