Olive Garden on El Toro, Lake Forest I really love Olive Garden and always have a few bottles of their creamy Italian dressing on hand. Their staff is always exceptional and the food is consistently fresh and tasty across all locations. Tonight however, our server Kate elevated our dining experience with her outstanding customer service. We were moving in slow motion and a bit tired, so maybe not excellent guests. Yet, Kate’s sparkling personality and evident joy set the tone for a lovely dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our Steaks and Fettuccine Alfredo, Eggplant Parmigiana, Spaghetti, Tuscan Soup, and of course, yummy yum breadsticks. If you find yourself here/there, (I recommend you do), ask to sit in her section. You’ll be happy you did! Wow we've never seen a busier Olive Garden lol. There was like a 45 minute wait. The host was cool, she told us about some kind of app download thing where we sign up and we could get in a lil faster.. so that's what we did and got a table in like 15 mins. Their salad, and pasta just hits the spot. I like how they serve their salads on a cold dish. Love Olive Garden. Had the Seafood Alfredo. Nice size very tender shrimp and plenty of them. And the scallops, though small, were also ample. This was all preceded by a Huge salad over-drenched in oil and vinegar, slightly wilted but fresh and tasty. Way too much oil. The breadsticks. I recall from the last time I was there, maybe ten years ago, was a nice size round loaf you could peel off pieces and dip in oil and vinegar until your hearts content. I can remember eating so much bread that I needed a to-go for the meal. What ever happened to that bread? Economics I suppose. One of my favorite college courses, but not my favorite restaurant features. Nice place. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I feel so horrible I can’t remember the waiter’s name from Labor Day afternoon but he was so nice and friendly while being professional and patient with our kids! The food was AMAZING! My family ordered basic classic dishes but it was so good and EVERYONE that worked there were so nice! The only complaint I have is the bathroom.. I expected it to smell nice and to be super clean but it was pretty bad.. I feel like when you’re spending 100.0+ on lunch/dinner for a big family (and yea I know it gets busy) but the upkeep in bathrooms is important! At Target, even the manager will go clean the bathroom if the staff is too busy.. other than that everything was great!
