I absolutely love, Olive Garden! Salads and bread sticks are always great! Food is always good and I love my Chicken Alfredo! And the alcoholic drinks are delicious as well! It is clean, nice staff, and to me, if there is a wait, it is worth it! The worse experience at an Olive Garden. The server seemed rushed the entire time. The cheese she served on the pasta and soup she got it all over us. No apologies whatsoever. This Olive Garden was one of the smaller ones I've been in but definitely did not disappoint. I only gave 4 stars for food only bc they were out of some of the desserts. Our service was exceptional. The atmosphere was the same as all OG but the restroom was at the opposite end of the restaurant. That's the only reason for 4 stars for the atmosphere. We make a lot of trips with a toddler. The service was very slow, it seems like they were short staffed. Our waitress was running trying to serve her tables. She did the best she could and kept apologizing. Both bathrooms were filthy. Wastecan running over and trash all over the floor. This was right after they had opened. I told the 2 girls at front desk but they could care less. Food was ok, chicken Parmesan was hard and burnt. Lunch specials with salad and breadsticks, the best! You can not find better. Even on the reheat is delicious. I reheated my sons ravioli and bread stick several times, it was still delicious. Took a friend to lunch, that I had not seen in awhile. Arrived at 11:30 and they already had a large party. However, our waitress was focused on us, made great suggestions for wine to compliment our meals. All was fantastic from taste, presentation and temperatures. Went in just after 7PM and right off had a friendly smile. We ordered a bottle of wine and then we ordered dinner. I ordered the cheese ravioli and my other half ordered stuffed shells. Within a couple of minutes the salad and breadsticks came out. Within just a couple of minutes longer the main dishes came out. It would have been nice to be able to eat the salad course first before we dive into the main course. I was also a little discouraged that the waitress stated that it was in the window for a couple minutes before she brought it and it would have been faster but she let it sit there. When I go out I want fresh cooked food don't want something that's going to be sitting under a heat lamp for several minutes before it's served. I like to enjoy my meal and not be rushed. Happy Birthday to Julia. Took my daughter here for her birthday. Her choice. On arrival we asked for a booth and they hooked us up with a big one in the corner which being a family of 4 gave us plenty of room to enjoy our meal. I also asked if they did anything for birthdays to which they said you get a free dessert which is cool but we decided against it because we were taking her out for birthday dessert, we were hoping for a happy birthday serenade but Olive Garden is a respectable establishment and we did not want to disturb the other customers lol. Delaney our server however made it a most enjoyable experience. She kept us supplied with warm bread sticks, cold ice tea and plenty of shredded cheese for our entrees. She also had a wonderful demeanor and a great attitude which is not easy when you have to look at your customers through a mask all day. The food was great, hot and very tasty, what more could you ask for. Thanks Olive Garden and especially Delaney for giving my family, specifically my daughter a wonderful birthday meal. Happy anniversary to my lovely wife, 13 wonderful years together and we are to the point now where we are taking our children with us for our anniversary dinners lol. Second time at this particular Olive Garden location and second great time and good food partly thanks to Emma our server who was great at her job, very polite, attentive and brought us all of our food hot and in a hurry. This place now seems to be quickly be becoming our family's new celebratory restaurant lol. Thanks one more time Olive Garden and staff.

The food was good but too heavy for my taste. Its all buttery and creamy and but thats what pasta is all about. Evan attended us and was a great guy. The service was great and the portions for the price were terrific. I hate that I had to pay 2 dollars extra just because I played a minute of the table game while waiting for the food. Although its not much but it should have been mentioned that there was a charge for the game . Imagine playing pool in your tablet for a minute and paying 2 dollars . I ordered lemonade and chicken alfredo with chicken gnocchi which was par with my taste. My wife on the other hand had hard time finishing the spaghetti with mushroom sauce which tasted like butter sauce(too buttery) and can use a bit of improvement. I got andes chocolate as reward by Evan before I left. All in all it was a good experience and I know the hardship of waiting in the line for the olive garden in NYC . Thank god I didn’t waste my time doing that. Would recommend giving it a try
