Horrible service, or should I say lack of. Walked in and was greeted by 3 employees. Was told it would take about 10 minutes for my party of 3, no problem. While waiting, they called to seat another party of 3 that was there prior. By this time its a total of 6 employees in the front gossiping about that party they just sat. I should have known at that point how they treat their customers. My party is finally called and we sit down. As we are waiting for our server to order our drinks, multiple tables around us (literally an arms lenght) are being served and greeted. A total of 7 minutes passed by without a server even telling us they would be right with us. At this point, we already know what we want to eat which is a problem. We should not be ordering our drinks at the same time as our food. We got up and left. Unacceptable and piss poor customer service. If you want lacklaster treatment and a chance to be gossiped about, this is the place to go. If not, dont even think about this place. This is my second time trying this place and the customer service was bad the first time too. First time shame on you, Olive Garden, second time shame on me Never again. We were seated right away. By the hostess with a frown. However, we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink or greeted by a server. Other guests were seated and asked if they wanted drinks, appetizers, etc. After about 20 minutes, I went up to a server to ask when we were going to have our order taken. The restaurant was not busy at all. In conclusion, we were ghosts for 48 minutes. Finally our order was taken. We received our food, and it was excellent 👌🏻. Our server forgot about our breadsticks and silverware when we had our main course and appetizers. Sienna gave outstanding service. Very patient. I liked how consistent she was with our drinks and if anything was needed ... i love that she has great communication skills she assisted with a party of 5 ... today was also a special day for my daughter for her birthday!!! We got the chicken Alfredo, the shrimp scampi, iced caramel coffee, fried mozzarella, shrimp Frito misto, gnocchi soup as well as the zuppa Toscana. Was happy that the vegetables are able to be swapped out in the dishes with no charge. I changed the asparagus and tomatoes in the shrimp scampi for mushrooms and spinach which is a change I recommend. It's real good 😊! The iced Caramel coffee is not recommended, if you want coffee there is the coffee bean, dutch bros and Starbucks in the area 😒. The shrimp Frito misto is also not recommended. The zuppa Toscana is also really good, it's a light soup and the bits of potato and sausage give it really good flavor. For dessert we got the tiramisu, which was also light and not too sweet - a nice way to end dinner. It was really really good and I recommend it. I really hope the recipe for this never changes, it's perfect just the way it is.
