This olive garden is the best I have been to in a while. The waiter was so respectful for once and continually followed up with us way more than usual which I loved, Never had dry cups. My family couldn't stop raving about the waiter after we left and the food. I wish I could remember his name so they could be recognized but we where there on the 5 th of January around 1 pm a d sat in the back left of the restaurant. He deserves to be the model of waiters. Wish you guys where located where I live in Texas. Y'all deserve to have a 5.0 if all your servers are like this and the food was fantastic, what a lucky olive garden. I don’t ever feel the need to share an experience at a restaurant but this was just bad enough i felt the need to share. The food was pretty good it had nothing to do with the food. It was the waiter. Easily some of the worst service I’ve gotten in a long time. He was very awkward and extremely short with us. Towards the end it was really almost coming off as rude. Then he never brought me a take home meal that i had purchased. I had waited 10 minutes and i hadn’t seen him so I went up to the front and asked someone up there n showed them my receipt. She disappeared for a couple minutes then some other lady came up and asked me about it and i showed her my receipt. Then she proceeded to disappear for another couple of minutes. At that point it was almost comical cause how many people does it take to grab a premade bowl? Going in, I am not a fan of most pasta based restaurants. I enjoy pasta, but I generally want something more traditional when dining out. All that said, my wife and in-laws decided that was what everyone wanted, so we went to Olive Garden. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed with contemporary music lightly accompanying our conversation. We had a party of 7 and did not wait beyond 10 minutes for a table. Once seated, our server was quick to get drinks on the table, and our order was placed. She was extremely friendly with a great attitude. Our drinks were constantly full. Olive Garden was also very accommodating with the baby we had at our party. The lasagna was great and the endless bread sticks are a fantastic addition.
