I had 3 huge chunks of lettuce in my salad, it took up almost half the salad. I also didn’t get any banana peppers, like 2 olives, and two tomatoes. I know it’s to go and so it’s not gonna be up to par with in house but come on guys. ive ordered from other locations around utah county and they’ve done a much better job, save yourself some time and go to a different olive garden. I ordered Olive Garden tonight and they put this little paper in the bag suggesting that you call them if the order is not right. Well, they did not get it right and I called. I was told I should check it in the car before I leave. And that the lids are not hard to see through(basically I should do their job for them). It is the middle of a snowstorm and I was offered a new dish if I drove back to pick it up. No thank you I won’t be back. Service Delivery Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was all delicious. The salad, bread sticks, lasagna and cheesecake was amazing and all of it was brought to us hot. The waiter was nice and amazing but the thing we didn't like when we got there it took them a while for them to seat us even though it wasn't busy. Also no one didn't tell us the tablet cost to play on we saw it on our receipt when we left. So beware of the tablet but overall it was a good experience and the place was classy and nice and clean. Their pasta, soup, and breadsticks are so good! They had a special going on with endless pasta and the food came out super quickly. The waiter at our table was super friendly and provided top-notch customer service. Made our group feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this specific Olive Garden. Our server was Spencer and he was amazing! He gave fast service and he was very helpful and polite. I had a great time. My food was very good and looked delicious. I got the endless pasta bowl, but only had one bowl. The portion was very big. Coffee was accidentally put in my iced tea, but I actually really enjoyed it. Spencer fixed that mistake and gave me the correct drink. I enjoyed both a lot. I haven’t been here in a long time so I appreciated the good service and food. I will definitely come back again. Visiting from out of town and dined alone. The service was fantastic. I was seated promptly and my water and softdrink were refilled a few times. Salad was fresh with no so soggy br croutons. Breadsticks were typical, not over salted or too dry. My soup was hot and the kale and potatoes were fresh and not saggy. My tour of Italy entree was the best I've ever had a any Olive Garden. The chicken parmesan was crispy on the outside, tender on inside. Just the rig hy amount of sauce and cheese. The lasagna was cooked as it should be, warm w I th melted cheese on the outside with the cheese on the inside not overly melted.
