Olive Garden is one of those places that make you feel good. I've posted about this place before, but this time I'm going to bring up their catering. Planning a celebration, or any kind of gathering, can sometimes feel daunting. Let me put your mind at ease...well, let the Olive Garden help ease your mind and work load😊. We were assisted with or many planning by Philipe...hope I spelt his name correctly. He was awesome! He asked a few questions, and he ran from there, going over different options; it was quick and simple...whew😁. All-of-the guest loved it! So I order my lunch to go almost daily from this location. I always order soup & salad and strawberry cake. I always order 2 extra sides of the strawberry sauce to go over my cake. I've never been charged for it nor have I ever been told I had to pay for this. Well today I went in and ordered my usual. Well the employee helping me was only willing to give me one free side of the strawberry sauce but then he wanted to charge me $5 for another side of it. I was highly upset and very disappointed. His name was Sean H. and I don't feel like he was right. The size of the strawberry sauce is not even worth $5. It's sad that I was given such horrible customer service cause this was our favorite olive garden till now. It really is a bummer cause my company spends a lot of money in this location weekly. Really bummed about eating here tonight. Typically Olive Garden is a super wholesome experience when you get a few extra breadsticks snuck your way and you have a great time in good company. We had our order taken and like other reviews mention, our waiter disappeared. I ordered the soup, salad, and breadsticks while my partner got steak. His order came out before mine, and when my waiter saw his food he asked me, “did you want another bowl of soup?” Another?? I didn’t even get my first 😭 I had what I assume is a manager come over and ask how we’re doing and she offered another bowl of soup and more breadsticks. They were SO stingy with both. The soup was MAYBE 1/4 of a cup and had zero gnocchi in it… zero 😭 I totally get company policies- but hook a girl up! The place was also so busy and packed to the brim. My husband and I came here for lunch today and received impeccable service from Verna. She was friendly but not overly attentive and quickly replenished my soup and salad despite how quickly I was eating. Lol. Marcela was also so friendly and quick to replenish our beverages. The lunch special is such a good deal and I left fat and happy. My only suggestion would be to seat people strategically according to the weather because there was a small draft from the front doors, but the warmth of the staff and the soup more than made up for it. On 12/13/23, we went back. I was surprised to see the bar area cluttered with items and at the front desk just a parking lot of uber pick ups. This all took away from the nice atmosphere in the past. Our service was great and a wonderful waitress. The food this time was just ok. It's still good but not great. The lasagna had hard spots in the pasta. My sons chicken tasted like it was reheated by putting it in the fryer. Everything else was good. I would have rated this visit a 3 star, to be honest. 1st visit - As most know, Olive Garden is usually always on their game. Well, if you're looking for a fast day date with your spouse, go in the afternoon after 1p. It's much slower, and the service is very personal. It's always fun going with all you can eat soup and salad. The salad is 100% chips and fresh. The soups are nice and warm, just right for eating without buring your tung. Who could ever go wring with the endless breadsticks seasoned just right so as not to be too salty. I really appreciated our service. I am not a big fan of the nighttime hours here just because there is always a wait and everyone comes here. Must be a sign. Lol Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I rate places based on whether they deliver the product they claim to sell. This is a great option for a $20 plate of pasta. Olive Gardens are typically pretty good for atmosphere and food, but service can be hit or miss in my experience. The set of servers we had for my group of nine coworkers was courteous and attentive. Loved it! The food was delicious. If you like shrimp, chicken, bacon, and white sauce, I highly recommend the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. Sorry about the original 1 star review. I didn’t even know my phone recorded anything. I was here for a team building with coworkers. We all really enjoyed the food and our server was fantastic. I even made sure to fill out the survey at the table. They did a wonderful job. The only critique is that the lighting was really low, but that wasn’t enough of a problem to bother us too much. We ordered some breadsticks to go. The process ordering online was very easy, and it was nice to have the order delivered to my car within a few minutes of checking in online. The employee who brought me my order was very friendly. Our order was accurate, and we didn't have any issues with it.

We decided to visit Olive Garden because we were close to the area. We sat at the bar. The service was impeccable, both bartender made sure that we weren't missing anything and also made sure that we were on top with our drinks. Even though the tables were busy that particular afternoon, we were able to enjoy our food, drinks, and company without feeling stressed out. We had a retirement luncheon and wanted to make reservations but they do not do reservations, which is understandable. When I got there at 11:00 to reserve the seats we would need the hostess was cold and uninviting. If I did not have a group of people coming already I would have left and went somewhere else. We wanted to set up little retirement decorations on the table and she was very worried that we were going to sit there before the 11:30 time we said we needed the seats. She said that it would cause the waitresses stress to worry about whether or not we were ready to order. On the other hand our waitresses were amazing they were kind, handled a large group with separate tickets very well and we enjoyed our interaction with them. The food was great and we enjoyed our meal and conversation. I would have scored this place of five had the hostess been someone else. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50
