Perfect for big occassions and casual dining. Sarah and the rest of the staff took excellent care catering to our CAI chapter today. The food was fresh, masterfully prepared and cooked to close to perfection. Awesome ambience and overall wonderful experience. Best Mahi I've ever tasted here in Florida. Can't wait to come again! This place was beautiful!!!! The drinks were great! I had a sangria and my friend had a cucumber mint spritzer, both were delicious. Unfortunately, that’s where the good parts end. The chef was unwilling to make any accommodations for my friend who is lactose intolerant, or even tell her how much dairy was in certain dishes. My steak wasn’t bad, but the shrimp had very little flavor and the mashed potatoes also left something to be desired. My friend’s roll was good but her braised pork belly was extremely tough and over done. We were really looking forward to eating here and I think next time we will just do drinks. What a beautiful oasis just minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach. A magical location right on the lake with a fairy-tale decore (Xmas lights) all around. Amazing service and authentic cajun/ southern cuisine. Plenty of outdoor space with lounge chairs and tables under the tree’s canopy. Don’t miss out on this surreal experience if you are in the area. And make sure you go for a short walk to the dock/upper deck for the serene views of the lake. This was our first visit but we will certainly be back! Party of 4 adults and two children. We had fried crab claws for the table - some of the best I’ve ever had. Two of us had the Grouper Fishouse and it did not disappoint. The other two had the blackened fish of the day, cobia which was cooked perfectly. The kids shrimp & fish servings were large and both of our little ones were happy. Service was great and the atmosphere is beautiful!
