Nothing like getting your food out with your appetizers. Not a lot has changed here unfortunately. Patron margarita tasted like margarita mix. Won’t come back. Waited an hour with barely any customers present. The plating of the food looked nonappealing, barely any French fries which were luke warm and soggy, the burger patty was burnt and dry, the coleslaw was half frozen and the other was soggy with no colesaw sauce. They do not have regular mayo. Drinks were late and took a long time to get a refill. Overall a horrible experience as we watched others come in after us and recieve their food before us and be attended to. The service is amazing. I got the chai trio and the fried pickles. The burger was done before I could take the picture. Samantha is a great bartender. Mike is an amazing manager always very friendly. The atmosphere is great. I love coming here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pizza was bland and flavorless, but I should expect it from a chain. Personal pizza is basically the same size as the kids' pizza, and the happy hr pizza for 5 bucks is the same. Asked for it to be well done, but everyone else's seemed to be but mine. The server was nice but oblivious to anything and not efficient. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I would say above par for the chain, based on having experienced all of them in Colorado Springs before they shut 2/3 of them down. It was a very clean and sharp facility, though a bit smaller than the ones in the Springs. The food was fantastic and the wait staff was good. I would almost give it a perfect score other than one of the staff. It was a woman not in old Chicago uniform. Based on the keys and card I would assume it was either the manager or owner. She dropped off our appetizer and tried to get out of there as quickly as she could when there really weren't many people there or justification for the rush. We happened to catch her attention as she was trying to escape our table and at that point she asked if there was anything else. We made a request for additional sauce for the appetizer. She said she'd get it but we never received it. She did have enough time to go chum it up with a few guys at the bar instead which was disappointing. I can only say it's fortunate that her staff had much better customer service than she did, so overall we'd overlook that and return in the future. Would have given this a five-star all around except that they were so busy and probably short of staff therefore we had to wait a while for drinks and our server to receive us. Otherwise customer service was awesome the food was fantastic and fed us for a couple of days. The location was perfect and according to my hubby the best soft drink he ever had. Apparently someone knows how to do their mixtures right. We will be back again when back in the area. Thank you for making our anniversary a taste good experience. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best servers I have ever seen in 60 years. This person multitask it better than anyone I've seen. She ran the whole store by herself from behind the bar to take out to seating people and making sure everyone was taken care of. She made sure everyone was acknowledged and made sure that they knew that she was going to be with him and never made excuses. This person is one of the best servers I have witnessed in years. I always like Old Chicago and this is a nice location. There is a cool bar that extends outside, there are lots of TVs, and the restaurant ambiance is relaxed. The pizza was really good too. *update* After receiving that unedible food, we re-ordered our food... Not as burnt but still horrible. Guess dinner here isn't great. Order for lunch, the food has never been bad. I'm sure it being Saturday night didn't help much. I'm sure that place gets busy with the others going out for a night of fun. Drinks and food, not Applebee's..... Need I say more? This place has always been a miss for me. I couldn't find anything that made me want to eat here again. That has changed with those twisted tenders. They are outstanding! I never thought I'd review something so..basic but after trying them I wanted more and more and more. The breading is so flavorful and the meat is juicy. Like something I'd make at home but better, breading won't stay on for me. Tonight we had some delivered and it was absolutely horrible. The tenders were so burnt and inedible. It was akin to chicken jerky. How the cook and server/expo allowed that to be served is baffling. I would rather wait an extra 15min for new ones. Hopefully no one was served that, super glad that wasn't my first experience with them I wouldn't have tried them again. Three misses is all I give a place. (every restaurant has a bad day). I've only done delivery with this place, I can't really rate the atmosphere or the service, as I am too afraid to go here. They're always so busy and I'm afraid of large crowds and afraid of parking lots. I'm not a fan of super fast food so it works perfect for me.
