Great place. We came later in the evening, and we're thrilled when they seated us upstairs. The lights of the city, beautiful!!! Went with my daughter inlaw, grandson, and his girlfriend. We all had fantastic food, quick service and a wonderful supper. Live in NE, but would love to venture that way again. Oh, and I have to say, the entire staff 8s amazing!!! You won't be disappointed. Took us 20 minutes to get our beer...and we had to go get them at the bar. Our appetizer came out for dessert. Our waitress disappeared for 20 minutes after she brought our food...... We watched the manager flirt with the waitresses...finally came over and comped our appetizer. Go somewhere else for dinner. Worst experience I've had at Old Chicago I'm paying for nearly a $30 pizza I expect better quality control I ordered a pizza to-go and when I got home 20 minutes away. I was greeted with a pizza that had all the cheese burned. I wouldn't be surprised from something like this from a $5 Pizza at some other place. But when you're talking about a 30 dollar pizza and it takes them 20 minutes to make one I Expect better quality coming out of the kitchen. We had our baby party there and the service was great. I strongly recommend to request Travis to be your server if you have a party there. He went way above and beyond to make our experience there a great one and took care of everything for us and made sure everyone was taking care of. Looking forward to doing it again. We were very disappointed in this location. We have always loved eating at Old Chicago Pizza when there is one around, but this visit was not good. They satnus out on what would be the patio, but because it was so hot outside, they had the garage doors down. The room was not air-conditioned. They relied on a couple open doors and the bar area for air to cool the room. It was not working very well as we were sweating like crazy! The food was not great this time. The nachos were ok, but the pizza was super bland. Not sure if something has changed with the company or if it's just this location, but we more than likely will not return to this location. The service was awful as well. The server only came to check on us once and then brought the check. We ran out of drinks. Just really not impressed. The place is very nice...a typical great ambience sports bar with great pizza and wings and cooold beer...service was good but a bit slow....i didn't mind as i am visiting from out of town and time was not an issue!
