You know the food is going to be incredible when the owner is standing behind the counter when you walk in. Nina was patient and gave me a taste of her two sauces when I was indecisive about which to choose. I went for the fufu and it was everything I imagined. Soft, fluffy and slightly chewy. The spinach sauce was thick and robust, completed with the succulent lamb. 10/10. The high protein steak bowl was the other dish we tried. The steak was tender and flavorous. The peanut sauce is rich and comforting. 10/10. Nina’s flavored lemonades are unique and tasty, as might be expected. I could eat her food every single day. We were so full but couldn’t stop eating. The food here is excellent!! Such wonderful, bright flavors. I ordered the Jeloff #2. Everything was cooked perfectly, excellent flavors. Do not skip the plantains. They were easily my favorite part of the dish. Homemade lemonades are also wonderful and refreshing. Great service and experience. Highly recommend for something fresh and healthy. Food was unique and amazing! It must have been the owner that helped me too. She was amazing. I will definitely be back. Despite being unique flavors, all the dishes were so tasty and I ate my whole steak bowl.
